Yeah, the X train goes from Bronx to Ruoholahti
Blinked twice when the Helsinki metro rolled in to the station today.
The traditionally thoroughly orange cars had been replaced by replicas from New York and London.
Helsingin Sanomat in running train-sized mobile ads, and this caused quite a few doubletakes by fellow passengers.
Sadly, the insides of the cars did not emulate the originals.

The campaign started already last summer and will disappear this summer - I guess you don’t take “the tube” too often.

Not that often, I guess. A couple of times a month, usually.
However, last sunday was the first time I saw the non-traditional colors.
