The two week silence is over.
Had an awesome east coast grand tour (obviously to be expanded upon in future entries) and simply ran out of energy to write.

A detail shot of the freshest sushi dish I’ve eaten thus far. This was eaten just outside the Tsukiji fish market in Tokyo.
The centerpiece is the oddest item – baby squid on top of rice, enveloped with nori. Exquisite in taste and texture.
